The training and liaison division facilitates the development of researchers through capacity-building programs aimed at fostering a research-oriented mindset and enhancing their skillset. Furthermore, the liaison division promotes global collaboration among researchers with similar interests. Through research partnerships, the Center for Research and Development (CRD) offers MUL researchers the prospect to collaborate on national and international research-based initiatives with scholars worldwide. The following operations are affiliated with this division.
• Access the current and future needs for academic research at MUL
• Initiate and conduct various capacity-building and training programs for graduate students MUL faculty and other non-teaching researchers.
• Develop a Calendar for Research Training and Capacity Building initiatives
• Play a supportive role in finding and developing MS/Ph.D. research topics through national research avenues.
• Identify and convey nationally and internationally recognized research topics to make the university productive for national development.
• Coordinate with other MUL departments/directorates to integrate and synergize the research efforts
• Identify and coordinate researchers and research groups within MUL.
• Facilitate coordination and communication among Minhaj University faculty members by identifying their common and overlapping research areas and interests, for synergizing and integration.
• Strategize and prepare the platform for multidisciplinary research collaborations.
• Identify local and foreign research collaboration opportunities and convey them to MUL Researchers.
• Support and prepare MUL researchers to exploit such opportunities and create a synergy for better research output through external Research collaborations.
